Over the last year we have seen a steady increase in the number of Ravenheat spares we have been supplying. To provide a more proactive service to our customers, we have today added a further 40 new lines of Ravenheat spares into stock.

The new spares provide first line coverage and more for models including the 820/20, CSI Primary, CSI 85 & 85T, RSF 84E & 84ET, Silver Star and White Star.

After a little over the year with the original site, we are pleased to be able to share with you the new Heating Support web site.

The main objective with the new site is to deliver, regular, quality content about our business, the products and services we provide, and the industry in general. This has been achieved by using the Open Source publishing platform WordPress, as a means to provide this contecnt via Web and RSS delivery. We welcome and encourage comments, feedback and discussion about the articles and site.

The MyAccount feature from the original site is still available via the link on the sidebar, and will be updated and enhanced shortly to fit in with the look and feel of the new site. The products page will also be returning soon detailing the products and services we provide.

On Tuesday 19th September 2006, Warmflow, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of oil fired heating appliances will have their product demonstration vehicle at our site in Lincoln.

You will be able to see the new HE System boiler in action, get a closer look at the new HE Combi and SE Outdoor models and speak directly to Warmflow’s technical staff regarding any products in the Warmflow range.

Warmflow will be on site from 8am and refreshments will be provided. See you there!

Heating Support today unveiled a new dual branded shirt which will form part of the offical uniform worn by their staff. Featuring both the Heating Support and Halstead Boilers logos, the new polo shirts are an indication of the ongoing quality partnership the two companies enjoy.

We are a both a spares and boiler distributor for Halstead and carry a wide range of spares on stock.

With September now here its that special time of the year when you can buy your spares from us on Saturday mornings! From tomorrow (2nd September 2006), we will be open from 8am to 12noon on Saturday’s through until May 2007.

As autumn and winter rapidly approach we are kicking of the new heating season with the immediate availability of our new flyer. It will be aimed at both new and existing customers, and it details some of the new and innovative products / services that we are now offering including:

Heating Support continue their sponsorship of the Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue football team for the 2006-2007 season which kicked off on Sunday 20th August.

This friendly match featured the Under 35’s vs Over 35’s and was a hard fought battle at the Welton Sports & Social Club with the Under 35’s ending up as the winners of the cup with a 2-0 victory.

We offer through one of our partners, a professional service to calibrate and repair most popular makes/models of test and measurement equipment by fully trained engineers, in service laboratories fully equipped with the latest calibration instrumentation. All the certificates of calibration that are issued are traceable to National Standards.

The spares profile is defined by Worcester based on their sales each period and covers the top 98% of spares. We can say from our experience so far that this realisticaly means that we will have the Worcester spare you require on our stock ~ it really is that good!

If you happen to require a spare from that 2% we don’t hold (and it will happen sometime!), virtually all Worcester spares are available to us on a next day basis.
