		<description>The team worked well in &#039;a previous life&#039;, the team at HSL has been as good as ever since you started, hand on heart, i can say that yours is the only company that has consistantly delivered a service that restores my faith in merchants to the trade, in my business customers receive 120% effort, it&#039;s nice when 40% of that can be left to someone else, that is to say we get the parts on time when we have been promised them, if a part is gonna take 5 days, sorry customer but that is the way it is, but we know for sure it is 5 day or 3 days or next day with you guys, that&#039;s all we ask, we don&#039;t want and never get excuses. So it was a surprise to hear Keith&#039;s voice, but welcome back, and many thanks to you all at Heating Support for helping us to do our job effectively. Good luck.</description>
